Your conversations stay local.

After you install the required models, MACC-E performs transcription, conversation, and speech synthesis locally. Conversation audio and text are held for the current session and are not uploaded by MACC-E or stored as personal memory.

The iPad Head communicates with its paired Mac over the local network. Head audio is transient and is not written to disk by the Head connection system. The current app does not use the iPad camera for capture or visual inference.

Purchases

For a purchase, recovery request, refund, or support request, we process your email address, Stripe transaction identifiers, purchase status, and related service logs. Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Cloudflare operates purchase fulfillment and download delivery, Resend delivers purchase email, and Vercel hosts this website.

Purchase records are retained as needed to deliver and recover access, prevent fraud, process refunds or disputes, and meet tax and legal obligations. Contact support@medhue.com for privacy requests.
